Thank you for choosing 【FXO Girl Shop】. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. Due to the special nature of the product, we currently do not support returns, exchanges or refunds. The following situations are exceptions:

  1. Scope of policy application

All women’s clothing sold (including tops, skirts, accessories, etc.) are Final sales and no no-reason returns or exchanges are accepted.

If the goods received have quality problems (such as damage, serious defect), please provide photo/video evidence to contact@fxogirlshop.com within 48 hours after signing for them, we will verify and negotiate a solution for you.

  1. Handling of exceptional cases

Wrongly sent or missed items: Please provide feedback within 24 hours after signing for the item. We will either reissue the correct item or offer store points as compensation.

Force majeure issues (such as transportation damage) : A written certificate issued by the logistics company is required.

  1. User Notes

Size and color difference: Size/color discrepancies caused by screen display differences or personal measurement errors do not fall under quality issues. Please refer to the detailed size chart and the actual floor plan on the product page.

Promotional goods: When discounted goods are clearly marked as “Final Sale”, no form of return or exchange is accepted.
