1. Place of shipment and delivery time
All of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland to ensure quality and compliance. The order will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after successful payment (excluding customs clearance time). You will receive an email notification containing the logistics tracking number and can track the status of your package at any time.
2. Global distribution range
Supports delivery to most countries around the world, but the following situations may be limited:
Regions subject to international sanctions or Swiss export restrictions;
Remote areas (such as some islands) may incur additional freight charges, which will be automatically calculated and prompted by the system.
3. Freight Charges and tariffs
Freight: Automatically calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package. The final amount is displayed on the settlement page.
Customs duty: Swiss exports are exempt from value-added tax, but the destination country may impose import duties, which shall be borne by the recipient. It is recommended to check the local customs policies in advance.
4. Logistics tracking and anomaly handling
After shipment, you will receive tracking links from carriers such as DHL/ China Post.
If you do not receive shipping notice within 30 days, or if your package is stranded for more than 45 days, please contact contact@fxogirlshop.com with your order number so that we can process it first.
5. Precautions
Address accuracy: For returned items due to incorrect addresses, a second shipping fee will be charged for re-shipment.
Eco-friendly packaging: We use degradable materials to reduce the environmental burden.
